Fairness in the workplace

The Green Party is calling for a Living Wage for City Council employees to narrow the pay gap between the highest and lowest-paid workers at the council; we support the 10:1 maximum pay ratio, where executive pay must never exceed ten times the pay of the lowest paid.  We will push for better provision for communities to take control of important community assets.
